The “PlanDemic” Conspiracy

After examining the dubious history of vaccines for diseases such as polio, smallpox, Spanish flu and the common flu, we see that vaccines never prevented any deaths as was claimed.  Under the guise of preventative healthcare, vaccines actually did more harm than good.

Let’s now look at the current pandemic of the day, COVID-19, which is blamed on a “novel” Corona virus, called SARS-COV2, that supposedly jumped from dead bats to humans in a wet market in Wuhan, China.

Source of the Coronavirus: Wuhan, China

Despite early pronouncements by health officials like Dr. Fauci that this coronavirus occurred naturally “in the wild”, it now appears the SARS-COV2 virus was produced in a lab and released in Wuhan, China:

Dr. Shi Zhengli, director of the Center for Emerging Infectious Diseases at the Wuhan Institute for Virology, was known for gathering many coronaviruses, the type to which SARS-COV2 belongs, from caves in Yunnan in southern China. Her research focused on spike proteins of the virus and which are known to latch on to target cells.

Dr. Shi received grants from the US National Institutes of Health, channeled through Peter Daszak’s organization, EcoHealth Alliance, to conduct gain-of-function research on SARS-COV2 with the intention to make it more virulent. These grant proposals can be found in public records and describe their planned experiments in detail. Specifically, the intension was to make a virus that spreads more easily amongst humans:

“It is clear that the Wuhan Institute of Virology was systematically constructing novel chimeric coronaviruses and was assessing their ability to infect human cells and human-ACE2-expressing mice,” says Richard H. Ebright, a molecular biologist at Rutgers University and leading expert on biosafety. “It is also clear,” Dr. Ebright said, “that, depending on the constant genomic contexts chosen for analysis, this work could have produced SARS-CoV-2 or a proximal progenitor of SARS-CoV-2.”  (“Genomic context” refers to the viral backbone being used.)

The source of COVID-19?

“It is clear that some or all of this work was being performed using a biosafety standard — biosafety level 2, the biosafety level of a standard US dentist’s office — that would pose an unacceptably high risk of infection of laboratory staff upon contact with a virus having the transmission properties of SARS-CoV-2,” says Ebright.

On May 22, 2021, the New York Post (NYP) reported that a Republican on the House Intelligence Committee released a report citing “significant circumstantial evidence” that COVID-19 originated in a lab in Wuhan, China. They further stated that Washington “may have funded or collaborated” in the research that led to the outbreak. After being banned on Facebook as “fake news” these suspicions have now become accepted as truth. Researchers and whistle blowers in the scientific community came forward with new facts. As a result, even the Biden administration admits the lab leak theory is a strong possibility.

The NYP also stated that as early as 2017, the U.S. State Department issued warnings about China’s research leaks and the lack of trained personnel, resulting in infections in their research labs. Chinese media were discussing improper waste disposal at the Wuhan Institute, and employees selling lab animals on the black market, before the outbreak.

There are reports that the Wuhan institute’s researchers exhibited COVID-like symptoms as early as the fall of 2019. Some have suggested that the lack of cell phone usage for three weeks in October points to a possible work halt, evacuation or decontamination.

Coronavirus Designed as a Bioweapon

Law Professor Francis Boyle, who drafted the US Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, believes that the SARS-COV2 virus was developed as a bio-weapon.

Boyle believes it was genetically modified to infect humans and cause chaos. China’s Wuhan lab is a WHO-designated research lab, and therefore Boyle explained that the WHO was fully aware of what’s happening and how.

As further proof of human engineering of the virus, the Indian Institute of Technology, “discovered that the Wuhan coronavirus has been engineered with AIDS like insertions”. They indicated that COVID-19 was not a naturally occurring phenomenon and added that it is, “quite unlikely for a virus to have acquired such unique insertions naturally in a short duration of time.”  

This fact that the virus is not 100% natural and was manufactured is the key piece of evidence which proves deliberate and premeditated intent to harm the world. Now, let’s look at how the viral pandemic was leveraged to produce exaggerated fears.

Manufacturing a Pandemic of Fear: How the CDC and NIH Over-Reported COVID-19 Deaths

Although mainstream media outlets, like CNN and the New York Times claim that over 600,000 Americans and over 4 million people worldwide have been killed by COVID-19, these are numbers that cannot be substantiated. In truth, 94% of these deaths were shown to be caused by other diseases like cancer, COPD and diabetes. How did such a distortion of fact work?

“The CDC classified all deaths that are related to COVID-19 simply as COVID-19 deaths. Even patients dying from other underlying diseases but are infected with COVID-19 count as COVID-19 deaths. This is likely the main explanation as to why COVID-19 deaths drastically increased while deaths by all other diseases experienced a significant decrease.

“All of this points to no evidence that COVID-19 created any excess deaths. Total death numbers are not above normal death numbers. We found no evidence to the contrary.”

“In other words,…the crude number of total deaths by all causes before and after COVID-19 has stayed the same…”

“…the over-exaggeration of the COVID-19 death number may be due to the constant emphasis on COVID-19-related deaths and the habitual overlooking of deaths by other natural causes in society…” – Professor Genevieve Briand

Dr. Briand teaches Microeconomic Theory, Statistics, and Econometrics at Johns Hopkins University and is an assistant program director of the Applied Economics master’s degree program there. Briand’s findings have been banned by Johns Hopkins. However the Wayback Machine proves that Briand’s ground breaking webinar, presented below, was once published by the university on November 26, 2020.

In late August 2020, the CDC, under the observing eye of some state health officials, updated their provisional death counts page to indicate that COVID-19 was the sole cause of death on death certificates in only 6% of cases. Only later did the CDC announce that, “COVID-19 should not be reported on the death certificate if it did not cause or contribute to the death.”  It is unknown how many times doctors presumed that COVID-19 contributed to death without any definitive proof.

Also, it is now known that PCR tests which used 35-45 cycle counts resulted in greatly exaggerated numbers of positive COVID-19 cases and “contributing to death” numbers.  So, if someone died in a motorcycle accident and had a positive PCR test for COVID, they were classified as having died of COVID.

This can be seen as fear mongering. Or as Mark Twain once said, health authorities were using “Lies, Damned Lies and Statistics!”

How COVID Case Numbers Were Inflated by Financial Incentives

Donna Garner, Education Policy Commentator with EducationViews.org, gave the highlights of Briand’s research in a December 2020 article. She also gave the following four main reasons for the inflated COVID case numbers. Hospitals had clear financial motives to over-count Covid cases and deaths.

“(1)  What I believe is happening is that sick people are going to the hospitals and while there are tested for COVID. Because of  the contagious nature of COVID, many tests are coming back positive even though the person may be dying from other causes.  Because hospitals receive federal funding for COVID cases, the patients are listed as COVID; and if they die, they are listed as COVID deaths.  Hospitals are hurting financially because of the many people who have stayed home because of the lockdowns. To stay in business, I believe they have decided to list almost everyone as “COVID” to get the federal funding.  

(2)  To compound the problem, people who have not gone for their regular heart and cancer checkups out of COVID fears are now experiencing spiraling levels of hospitalizations; however, as Briand’s data has shown, these people are not COVID patients but are listed as COVID on their death certificates.   

(3)  The COVID fear is being promoted by the constant use of the word “cases” by the news media and public health hierarchy for political reasons. A “case” has always meant that the person has symptoms of a disease.  However, under the COVID guidelines, a “case” can be a person who never even has any symptoms.  

(4)  Also the number of cases is calculated based upon the number of COVID tests administered. With so many COVID testing options now available, the same person may go for three or four different COVID tests.  This means that one person can equal three or four “cases” even though the person may never be ill with COVID.  The person is going to take a trip…he/she gets a COVID test. That same person is going to have a medical procedure…he/she gets a COVID test.  That same person’s grandson catches COVID…he/she gets a COVID test. That same person has a runny nose and a cough…he/she gets a COVID test.  Four separate COVID “cases” are reported, yet that same person may never have COVID. 

Donna Garner added, “It is completely understandable then that the number of  ‘cases’ across the United States is increasing; but as shown by Briand’s statistical analysis, the number of deaths by COVID is no higher than the normal number of natural deaths in the U. S. per year.” 

Normal deaths were being branded as COVID and the number of hospitalizations increased but not from COVID illnesses. Fortunately, many doctors around the world stood up to the bogus pandemic.

Doctors In Spain Reveal COVID-19 as a False Pandemic

A group of almost 1,000 medical doctors in Germany called Doctors for Information, supported by more than 7,000 professionals including attorneys, scientist and teachers have come out with this statement during a national press conference.

This group has presented substantial evidence that, “Covid-19 is a false pandemic created for political purposes. This is a world dictatorship with a sanitary excuse. We urge doctors, the media and political authorities to stop this criminal operation by spreading the truth.”

Doctors for Information and Doctors for Truth have joined forces with similar groups of practitioners around the world, in the ‘World Doctors Alliance’. This alliance connects more than one hundred thousand medical professionals around the world. The Alliance offers solid scientific evidence that the pandemic is the greatest crime in history. They are working to take legal actions against governments who are involved in this criminal operation.

Faulty PCR Test Leads to Legal Proceeding Against CDC, WHO & Davos Group

A team of over 1,000 lawyers and 10,000 medical experts, led by Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, have begun legal proceedings against the CDC, WHO and the Davos Group for crimes against humanity.

They revealed the “faulty PCR tests” and the order requiring doctors to label any comorbidity death as a COVID death as “fraud.” The team also showed that the PCR test was never designed to detect pathogens and is 100% faulty at 35 cycles and above.

All the PCR tests overseen by the CDC were initially set at 37-45 cycles. The CDC now admits that any tests over 28 cycles are not admissible for a positive reliable result. This invalidates over 95% of the alleged covid cases and “infections” tracked by the use of this faulty test.

The CDC to Withdraw Use of PCR Test on December 31, 2021

Slow to admit its mistake about the faulty PCR test, the CDC said it, will “withdraw the request to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel.”

This test was first introduced in February 2020 for detection of SARS-CoV-2 and led to headlines in the media of how many “new cases” of the virus were spreading in the population. But what the PCR test did was simply spread fear, devoid of scientific foundation. PCR tests don’t work to detect Covid19. Incredibly, a goat and a papaya tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 with the PCR test!

The PCR test is wholly unable to determine if someone has a disease. All it does is look for one genetic code in a single molecule. Listen to the creator of the PCR test, Nobel prize winner Kary Mullis, explain how the test is not an accurate way to determine if a person has a virus, is sick, or is capable of harming others:

The “PlanDemic”

Why would governments around the world exaggerate the cases and deaths of people dying from a new virus? Perhaps there was an ulterior motive – to scare the hell out of people! Were leaders told that, despite the chaos that they knew would ensue, it would benefit their citizens in the long run? And what is that benefit?

A good argument could be made that the “virus” was created and released to create a planned, worldwide pandemic designed to administer a new vaccine. Indeed, the planning for this pandemic was many years in the making. Let’s look at the timeline of events going back as far as 2000 which proves the COVID pandemic was planned…

CDC Patented SARS CoV In 2007

On June 28, 2007, the patent for SARS-CoV was granted to the Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The patent was for a “newly isolated human coronavirus (SARS-CoV), the causative agent of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). Also provided are the nucleic acid sequence of the SARS-CoV genome and the amino acid sequences of the SARS-CoV open reading frames, as well as methods of using these molecules to detect a SARS-CoV and detect infections therewith. Immune stimulatory compositions are also provided, along with methods of their use.”

Three categories of “inventions” are not patentable: laws of nature, natural phenomena, and abstract ideas. Then, how can the CDC own a patent on naturally occurring SARS-CoV virus? If SARS-CoV was patented, after gain-of-function work to make it more virulent, that violates the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention signed in 1972 by President Nixon.

Either the CDC is in violation of U.S. law for patenting a living thing, or the CDC is in violation of U.S. law for creating a bio-weapon which is also a violation the International Bioweapons Convention.

Either way, the CDC appears to have violated some laws while pretending to serve the public and misleading the world.

Thousands of Coronavirus Related Patents Issued Starting in January 2000

Dr. David Martin believes that the CDC is a criminal organization, like the Mafia, and should be charged with racketeering crimes under U.S. RICO laws.

Under U.S. law, the definition of “racketeering” includes, but is not limited to “…any act or threat involving murder, kidnapping, gambling, arson, robbery, bribery, extortion, dealing in obscene matter, or dealing in a controlled substance…”

In this July 9, 2021 video, he reveals the large number of patents that relate directly to the engineering of the SARS coronavirus many years before the pandemic, along with testing kits, treatments and a spike protein vaccine.

The first vaccine ever patented for coronavirus was sought by Pfizer and specifically included the “S” spike protein. Their first application was filed January 28, 2000.

Dr. Martin states that, “there was no outbreak of SARS because we had engineered all of the elements of it. “By 2016, the paper that was funded during the gain-of-function moratorium and written by Dr. Ralph Baric said that, ‘SARS coronavirus was poised for human emergence.’ Not only was it poised for human emergence, but it, ‘was patented for commercial exploitation 73 times.'”

The commercial interests in SARS were characterized in this 2015 quote:

“We need to increase public understanding of the need for medical countermeasures such as a pan coronavirus vaccine. A key driver is the media and the economics will follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage to get to the real issues. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process.” – Peter Daszak, President of the nonprofit EcoHealth Alliance that supports various programs on global health and pandemic prevention and administered more than $100 million in U.S. federal grants to fund overseas laboratory experiments, including the Wuhan Institute for Virology.

How could the government be supporting a non-profit agency that promotes hype and fear in the media to create a worldwide pandemic which profits private investors? Is it just money? Or is there a bigger plan behind this?

The Rockefeller Lock Step Scenario Created in 2010

The Rockefeller Foundation published a “scenario planning” document in 2010 called a “Scenario For The Future of Technology And International Development” which details what we have already described above: a manufactured virus, released from a lab, creating worldwide pandemic, social disorder, lockdowns, failed businesses and a new experimental vaccine roll-out.

See the scenario called “Lock Step” on page 18 of the Rockefeller report. Here’s a summary.

The claim that Lock Step is only a “scenario,” rather than a ‘vision’, provides plausible deniability of any deliberate intent to work towards the ideas presented. It also provides legal and political cover for the Rockefeller Foundation and all the many institutions that receive Rockefeller grants like The World Health Organization, The American Medical Association and The World Bank, just to name a few.

All of these Rockefeller grantees, and many others, all support getting Covid19 vaccines into every person in the world.

System and Method for Testing COVID-19 Patented in 2015 

In 2015, four years before COVID-19, a ‘System and Method for Testing for COVID-19’ was patented by Richard Rothschild, with a Dutch government organization.

Canada Seeks to Buy Tear Gas in 2016…in response to COVID-19

Yes, the Canadian government offered contracts for private companies to provide Tear Gas, “in support of Canada’s response to COVID-19.” One report on Twitter claimed that grenades were also part of the requisition. However, the word “grenades” seems to have been scrubbed out from the requests. As of this writing (October, 2021), here is what the Canadian government website shows:

Tests for COVID-19 Distributed in 2017 and 2018 

In 2017 and 2018, two years before COVID-19, hundreds of millions of PCR test kits for COVID-19 were distributed worldwide.

In other words, despite the objections of PCR inventor Dr, Kary Mullis, to use it as a diagnostic tool, they instead overrode his recommendations and used these 2 years to decide how they would orchestrate the use of the PCR to achieve their purpose of a bogus pandemic.

Here, they willfully strategized to use the PCR method by moving forward with the manufacture of test kits in preparation for their ‘anticipated’ event. What is more perplexing is they recommended amplification above 24 cycles.

This information was posted September 5, 2020 on social media and went viral. On September 6, the WITS changed the original label ‘COVID-19’ into the term ‘Medical Test Kits’, but forgot to delete the product code 300215 for ‘Medical Test Kits’  which means ‘COVID-19 Test Kits’.

Who directed the distribution of these Medical Test Kits around the world two years in advance of COVID-19? Who determined the exorbitantly high amplification rates, sometimes as high as 35-45 cycles? And why?

The evidence for this PlanDemic is overwhelming grows more overwhelming every day as thousands of medical doctors now say the pandemic was planned.

Tony Fauci’s 2017 Pandemic Prediction

“There is NO QUESTION there is going to be a challenge for the coming administration in the arena of infectious diseases… There will be a SURPRISE OUTBREAK… There’s NO DOUBT in anyone’s mind about [this].” – Dr. Fauci, 2017

With such accurate visions of the future like this, maybe Dr. Fauci, with clairvoyant abilities, might consider becoming a professional gambler or perhaps a skilled investment planner, like Bernie Madoff!

Event 201 in 2019

On October 18, 2019, The John Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melina Gates Foundation hosted a high-level pandemic tabletop exercise in New York, NY called “Event 201.”

It used a scripted exercise to demonstrate how public/private partnerships can work together effectively and “model a fictional corona pandemic”. The Center predicted that the novel CoV-2019 outbreak will kill 65 million people.

Funny how the pandemic started just 6 months later, isn’t it?

Covid-19 Vaccine Developed in 2019, Before Pandemic Declared in Early 2020

Moderna, together with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), sent mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidates to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on December 12, 2019.

The confidential disclosure agreement, obtained by the U.K.’s Daily Expose, was signed by Amy Petrick, Ph.D., NIAID’s technology transfer specialist, along with Dr. Barney Graham, an investigator for NIAID, both U.S. government employees. On May 12, 2020, just months later, Moderna was granted a fast-track designation for its mRNA-1273 vaccine by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Daily Expose noted.

Gates Invests in Covid19 Vaccine Manufacturer 2 Months Before Pandemic Announced

The Gates Foundation first made a $55 million investment in BioNTech, maker of Covid19 vaccines, in September 2019 just 2 months ahead of the announcement that COVID started in Wuhan in December 2019 – perfect timing.

That investment is now worth $550 million, a 10x return in less than 2 years!

Agenda 2030

As we can see, this plan to create a pandemic in order to sell a vaccine to the world was in development for a long time. However, the plan to vaccinate the world does not stop with Covid19.

Agenda 2030 is a continuation of the ideas laid down in the earlier Agenda 21 in 2015. In Agenda 2030, the UN presents a new, fifteen-year plan entitled “Transforming Our World: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development”.

The preamble to the plan says,”All countries and all stakeholders, acting in collaborative partnership, WILL implement this plan.”

The plan lays out 17 Goals, that call for global government, nationally owned and managed “sustainable” developments, modifications to international law, globally directed and mandated “sustainable” programs to provide “equal access”, use and “benefit for all.”

The plan also calls to, “Support the research of and development of vaccines and medicines for the communicable and non-communicable diseases that primarily affect developing countries, provide access to affordable essential medicines and vaccines…”

This plan to vaccinate the world by 2030 has been officially adopted by the World Health Organization (WHO) called “Immunization Agenda 2030.”

Conclusion

With so many powerful private and public organizations involved in overstating deaths, implementing a pre-selected, yet ineffective methodology to identify cases, scenario planning for a viral pandemic, filing patents to detect Sars-Cov2 and development of vaccines to treat COVID19 patients – all before the pandemic existed, it is clear that this pandemic was planned for at least 10 years, probably 20.
